  1. Thanks for the help. Booked our friends four nights at the hotel above. Looks like a good hotel and nice location for the price. Used the better bidding HOTWIRE link to purchase.
  2. Thanks as always for your help. Amenities Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center Self service laundry Internet access Accessibility Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Here were the amenities that came up and I'm not seeing the $277/night but am seeing $303/night for those nights in TS area. Does that still look like the Belvedere? Thanks again.
  3. Please help ID NYC 3.5* Times Square (9/19-9/23) Been quite a while since I've used Hotwire so a little out of practice and NYC is always difficult. Helping to book three friends one room for four nights in NYC in September. Looking to spend around $300/night for 4* and above (or 3.5* if the reviews are okay). Curious to know what the hotel in the subject line is? Any other areas within 10 minutes that we should expand our search too? Thanks for your help.
  4. Booked a Mid Size SUV through PRICELINE link for $22/day plus fees/taxes. Car rental agency - Hertz.
  5. Had hoped for the 3.5* Hyatt but no luck so opted for the Adams Mark before a Sabres game. Not the best reviews but can't complain for $45/night. Used the PRICELINE link!
  6. Had tried for a few days with no luck and tried again this morning and won on my first bid of $58. Happy with that price. Used the betterbidding PRICELINE link as usual. Thanks!
  7. Friends also booked a room at the Delta on Priceline so although we're not the biggest fans of the hotel, I was happy to get a bid of $75 accepted. I booked a few weeks ago but forgot to post but believe I started my bidding from the low $60's. Used the PRICELINE link above.
  8. Booked one room for one night at the Sheraton for this Thursday. Started my bidding at $70 USD/night and was successful at $83. As always, I used the PRICELINE link above. Thanks!
  9. Going to see a Lions game this Sunday and booked two rooms at the Westin Book Cadillac downtown Detroit. Not familiar with the area at all so if anyone has any recommendations, it would be appreciated. I used the betterbidding PRICELINE link above as usual. Thanks.
  10. Similar to my last priceline win but this was for one night less and won it at a little bit higher price of $105 per night. Still very happy with the result. Thx!
  11. Been monitoring Hotwire and Priceline for about three weeks now bidding from about $80 up to $110 each day for a 5* on the South Strip. Last night, after many bids I was excited to see a win for two rooms at a price of $100/night for the 6 nights we will be there. We've stayed at many of the 4* hotels before (MGM, Luxor, TI, Planet Hollywood) but this will be our first stay in a 5* Hotel while in Vegas so we're excited to see the difference. Although, I use Priceline for booking almost all hotels this is our first time for using it for a Vegas stay so am very happy with the result. As always, I used the betterbidding.com PRICELINE link above to start our bidding. I am curious to know if anyone who has stayed at the Aria recently was able to use a $20 trick or similar to upgrade their stay? Thanks as always!
  12. Booked two rooms at Hilton in London, ON for a Kings of Leon concert coming up in a few weeks. Started the bidding at $80 a few days ago and won with a $90 bid. Not the best price ever but also not a lot of options in the area so pleased with the result. As always used the betterbidding.com PRICELINE link above. Thanks.
  13. Oops sorry forgot to mention it was for the Marriott Eaton Center. Thanks.
  14. Booked one night at the Marriott using the Betterbidding link above for PRICELINE. I was originally trying for one in the downtown south area but got up to $110/night without any luck so started at $90 and won it immediately. I might have gotten it for cheaper but am really happy with the price and location. Thanks.
  15. Sorry I just saw your reply now. I think I started as low as $70 and worked my way up in $2-$3 bid increments.
  16. Booked my parents three nights at the Vdara for an upcoming Vegas trip. They were ecstatic to get a 5* Hotel for under $100/night and prefer that there is no casino. Used the Betterbidding.com PRICELINE link. Thx.
  17. Booked one room for one night at Hilton in London this weekend. Decent deal considering the timing and website rate. I used the PRICELINE link as always.
  18. Heading downtown for an anniversary dinner so wanted a nice fairly inexpensive room so we can leave the car at home. Now more $$ to treat ourselves to dinner! Started bidding at $60 and was happy to win the Hyatt for $72 for one night. As always I used the PRICELINE link above. Thanks!
  19. Needed one room close to the airport and booked the Hilton Garden Inn with help of the previous wins. Used the PRICELINE link as always. Thx.
  20. Needed to come in a day earlier for an upcoming visit to Baltimore. Bid up to $230 for a 4* hotel in dtown Baltimore in previous days and was very surprised to have a bid of $200 accepted yesterday then a subsequent bid of $170 for a 2nd room. Makes me wonder how cheap I could have gotten them if I used my usual strategy. Sounds like a really nice hotel in the area and considering most hotels want over $350/night we're happy. As always I used the PRICELINE link above.
  21. Needed a room for one night and won the best hotel option in the Buffalo area. As usual I used the betterbidding PRICELINE link above. thx!
  22. I just found out I need two of the rooms above to check in one day earlier. Is there any easy way to do this? I am pretty sure no, but thought I'd ask. Thanks.
  23. Needed to two rooms for an upcoming business trip to Indy and aimed for this hotel with it's good reviews and location to the airport/downtown. Started at $38 per night and my $43 bid was accepted. As usual I used the PRICELINE link above. Thx!
  24. Booked a family member one room near Buffalo Airport for this Wednesday night. Was bidding on the 2.5* hotels but they bumped them up to the 3* Millennium which to be honest is probably more of a 1.5*-2* hotel. The good thing is this family member is not picky at all so they will be happy with a room for $43 plus tax and hopefully they can park there for free as well. I used the Betterbidding PRICELINE link as usual. Thanks!
  25. Great thanks for the additional info. I will be sure to pass it on!
