Started out at $90 and was counter-offered $119. Declined and continued bidding using free rebids until US$104 was accepted, coming to US$129 with tax and fees. Used the BB link to PRICELINE.

Amenities: Business Center, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Non Smoking, Free Internet I had tried to get this property for less using Name Your Own Price, bidding $38 and $40, but they would only counter-offer $48, so I went to Priceline Express and made my purchase there. With tax it comes to $54/night. Used BB link to PRICELINE to make my purchase.

I started bidding at $60 and was counter-offered $75. I declined and added the downtown shopping district as another zone, raising my bid to $65 which was accepted. With tax and fees it comes to $80.93. My bid was made through the BB link to PRICELINE, as always.

Tried Name Your Own Price on Priceline, starting at $70 and gradually increasing with free rebids, but PRICELINE EXPRESS came in cheaper so I went with it. Came to $107/night with tax and fees. Used BB link to Priceline to make my bid. I had hoped to get the Marriott Pinnacle as it is listed with the same amenities, but got this instead. With the coupon code SUMMER14 I received a 5% discount, so $85.50 + $22.81 tax came to $108.31. I bid on Name Your Own Price up to $84 for the same property, but they wouldn't bite, so I went the PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals route. As always, I used the BB link to PRICELINE.

The city zone is actually Mexico City Airport, and the hotel is Marriott Courtyard Mexico City Airport (this site doesn't provide those as choices). Tax came to C$23.68 for a total of C$103.68 This room goes for C$146 + tax on Travelocity, and the hotel gets great reviews online, so I'm very happy with this result. I started out at C$60 and worked my way up in $5 increments until finally C$80 was accepted. I made this bid using the BetterBidding link to Priceline.com

For 2 rooms X 8 nights came to $2080 + $550 taxes/fees = $2630. ($164/night/room all included) Also includes breakfast in the rate! Booking through the hotel website for these same dates came to an average of $209/night/room, or $243/night/room with all tax included: a savings of around $80/night/room! Couldn't resist this deal I found on Hotwire for an upcoming 8-day stay in NYC in early-December. Thanks to BetterBidding.com, it was quite clear that the property I was purchasing was the Z Hotel in Long Island City, so thank-you for the help!! (I made my purchase through your HOTWIRE link, BTW.) Interesting side-note: when I made the purchase for two rooms, Hotwire stated there were only two rooms left. After I made the purchase, I went back to Hotwire...and sure enough, still only two rooms left! So don't feel too pressured?... Also, I tried to get this property for less by bidding on Priceline (listed as 3.5*), bid up to $125, but they wouldn't bite, not even counter-offer. I've been getting some really great deals recently with Hotwire, so I'm happy with my luck.

NB: *Zone is actually Ballpark-Downtown* Very happy with this win, looks like a beautiful property in a great, central location. With tax works out to $78/night. On the Hilton website, the best rate for these dates is $139/night + tax. As always, I bid through your link to HOTWIRE. Amenities: Pet Friendly Indoor Pool Fitness Center Pool Restaurant Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Children's Activity Program (this amenity is how I was close to certain the property was the Hilton Ballpark) FYI, I had bid for a 4* downtown property on Priceline for these dates, up to $60/night, and was rejected, so I decided to go with Hotwire.

Checked on Hotwire today and thought this was too good to pass up--so I took it! The zone was in fact "Madison Square Garden/Hell's Kitchen". With tax and fees for the six nights, it came to $940, or around $157. This place gets great reviews online, so I'm very pleased with this win.
