This is a very tough week to book a 4* hotel in Dallas. I tried the Galleria and Downtown using the many free re-bids up to $130 with constant rejections over the last 2 weeks. I decided to add the DFW North zone and started at $90, finally winning the Grand Hyatt at $130. Their website has rooms listed for $235 and up for that night. I used the SavingsBarn.com link.

Started at $70 and used free rebids until I won the Seattle Sheraton Hotel and Tower at $95, ($116.54 with taxes and service fees). The website had the lowest rate at $149. Hotwire had a downtown 4* for $126. Used the SavingsBarn.com link. Thanks again for this valuable website!

Started at $40 and increased my bids by $5 per free re-bid until I won the Intercontinental Houston at $70. I used the SavingsBarn.com link for this bid. The Intercontinental Houston web site has these date starting at $162 per night. Great deal on Priceline! Thank you for the awesome web site!

I guess the Sunday stay saved me $10 per night? I used the SavingsBarn.com link for both these bids. The Intercontinental web site has these date starting at $162 per night. Great deal on Priceline! Web site rates were $109 per night at the Courtyard By Marriott Waco. I also got a second room for the same price for 3/3- 3/5. Always tough to bid last minute when there is only one zone, I am pleased with the result. I used the savingsbarn.com link. Thanks for the great site!

Started at $45 for a 4* in Downtown Pittsburgh for 1/6/06 - 1/9/06. Raised $5 per bid by adding the following areas which only have 3* or less: Cranberry Township Greentree Pittsburgh Airport Pittsburgh East Finally won at $65 Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh The hotel website listed the rooms at $132 oer night. Won the Venetian on the first bid of $99. Used the SB link. Hotwire had their 5* for $108 and Venetian's web site had those dates for $169.

Started at $99 for 5* on the strip, used free rebids in $10 increments and won the Ventian at $129. Venetian's web site had their lowest priced room listed at $179 per night. Used the SB link.
