Location
You'll be located near Old Town Vallarta and about 10 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
Maybe the Westin, Hilton or Velas Vallarta? Maybe they consider a nicer room in the Sunscape to be a 4.5 star?

No more Outdoor Retailer Show. The nitwits in the Utah State Home For Mental Defectives Legislature drove it away.

It showed up as $48 but when I paid, it came up as $41.62.
The Players Sports Grill near there is pretty good.
You can walk to a golf driving range, if you like that kind of thing. It's also close to the river walking trail.
There is road construction going on slightly to the west on 7000 South.

Renaissance, Residence Inn or Courtyard? Those would be over 3 stars and have more reviews.
Royal Resort? That would be under 3 stars and the rooms don't have kitchens, just refrigerators. The reviews for the Mardi Gras aren't that good.
Tuscany?
Stayed home that weekend.......

Alexis Park? But Alexis Park doesn't have a casino.
An Apple Vacations Square Deal includes both air and an all-inclusive hotel. I didn't see an obvious place to put this.
I found 5 Red Apples, Salt Lake City to the Riviera Maya, July 18-25, $954.
Somebody else thinks this may be the Bluebay Grand Esmeralda. Any ideas?
OK, dumb question.
I was looking up on Hotwire, for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) in Playa del Carmen.
The All Inclusive prices are per room, not per person, right? On many travel sites, the All Inclusive pricing is per person.
$141 a night for 4 people in the Riu Lupita is not half bad. My teenagers would be able to eat $141 worth of food in a day, easy.
I noticed that the Real Playa Del Carmen was on the list. Sadly, it has closed. I liked it; it wasn't on the beach but it was a still nice.
Now that's weird. This does not show up on my list of wins.
My wife booked it and I thought she was logged in but she wasn't.
I will ask her to forward me the E Mail.

Interesting. Palms Place also has kitchenettes but the Hotwire listing doesn't mention them. Maybe I am the only person who has ever cooked in a Palms Place room........
