  1. I've never indicated that it didn't?? I've found it extremely useful ever since I started using it and have recommended it to many friends.
  2. Thanks to Chris i've now been refunded approximately $10 (the rate had gone up in the last 2 days). They gave me the refund even though I failed to contact Priceline within the requisite 24 hour period they specify in their guarantee. This brings my rate down to $106 pre tax.
  3. It was the 5* JW Marriott. I believe that the other Marriott in Bangkok, The Marriott Riverside, is classified as a 4* by Priceline. Chris, I didn't realise they had a best price guarantee. I'll check it out on their website. Thanks for the tip!
  4. It was pre-tax. :) I got confused with my bidding and forgot to drop my price when I added 4* to my choices. I had previously been trying to get a 5* Riverside hotel for this price, which would have been a good deal! Still, there's nothing I can do about it now. I've learnt my lesson the hard way!
  5. Sorry, the resort in question is the Paradisus in Puerto Rico.
  6. We are putting off booking our accommodation until we have booked our flights (from the UK). We are hoping to get a better rate if we leave booking the flights until nearer the time ;-).
  7. How can you determine the resort fee that may be applicable to any particular resort hotel?
  8. Can you please help me identify this hotel as it does not appear to be on your list: 3.5* Whistler (Main Village and North Village) Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness centre, Spa, Kitchenette, Golf nearby, tennis nearby Priced at $88 for 30 Sept 05. Many thanks
  9. Hi I'm new to both Hotwire and Better Bidding and am trying to identify the following hotel listed as a 4* in Whistler Main Village and North Village. The amenities are: Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Spa Services, Kitchenette, High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby. The hotel is listed at $100 per night for 9/29 - 10/01. If anyone could help to narrow down which hotel this might be, that would be great.
