Worked on this all night. Started at $42 4* rejected, added rebid zones increased bids to $50 *3 rejected. Was to wait 24 hours. So my husband tried, $56 *3 it told me if we wanted to increase my bid to $63 I would be accepted. We closed the screen and re entered adding a rebid zone increase bid to $58 and won. As long as the beds are comfortable and place is clean we are happy. Thank you.

Very happy. Used your HOTWIRE link to book this. After I purchased it, I went back so that I could see the amenities that were listed and this hotel is no longer available. But it was the standard list that is shown under Intercontinental on your site. It also said "Favorite"

Hi....We will be spending 11/8 -11/10 2 nights in SJU. I have always had great luck with hotwire/Priceline and this board in the past. Express Deals is new to me. We really want to be on the beach by the hotels (Marriott Courtyard, Water Club, Intercontinental area). I saw on Express Deals 4* Isle Verde/Ocean Park $115. Amenities were: Indoor.Outdoor Pool, Pets allowed, Restaurant, Business Center. On the tab of What this could be.....it showed 3.5 star hotels and 4* hotels. How does this work? I was hoping it could be the Water Club seeing their reg price in $189 a night. The Intercontinental is $254 and the Venedzia (3.5*) is $156. And I don't think I want that because it doesn't have a beach. (Unless the beach is a short walk). Any Suggestions? Thank you.

Thank you. The above strategy was rejected. The 3 1/2* for $115 came back and said that if I bid an additional $48 now, it would be accepted. I later bid $125 and won Poco Diablo Resort. Once again, that you for another amazing PRICELINE experience. :)

I saw the HOTWIRE option. Good to know what property you thought it was. Definitely want to use Priceline in hopes of targeting a 4* with the max price of $125 but would "settle" for a 3* at that price or less. We have decided on 2 rooms for Friday 9/13 for 1 night. I Feel like I haven't done this in a while. We are looking to bid on 2 hotel rooms for Sedona 1 night stay. We are a little flexible. It can be Friday 9/13 or Saturday 9/14. I don't think we want to spend more than $125 and no less than a 3*. Is this realistic? Any strategy suggestions? Thanks.

I have a question. 4 adults per room in the Minneapolis area, searched and got prices. I assume these rooms will have 2 beds. When I change the search to 3 adults I get a better price and hotel option that doesn't show up with 4 adult. Assuming the room is still going to have 2 beds. What do you think about purchasing this, would it be a problem? Thanks

I stayed here last year for 3-4 nights and it was fantastic!!! This year I almost paid fully price at the Marriott just to stay in this area, I ended up getting the Intercontinental on HOTWIRE, I hope I like it just as much. Enjoy your stay.

OK, OK, Ok!!!!!!!!! Ran out patience. This is the Intercontinental!!!!!!! $135 a night. Book it through the HOTWIRE link!! :) :) :o I was afraid of losing it because as I was searching for specific airfare to fit a tight schedule. I was working on scenario's all day long and finally found a perfect fit (I had to buy one way from different airlines) When I went to purchase the return, it went up $100!!!!! I was already committed. Fortunately I played with the number of tickets and only had to pay for one increase ($50). Anyway, so very happy with my hotel!!!!!!!!!

Bid yesterday for a midsize car $16 per day, was reject but said I could get now for $21 per day. My husband tried at $17 and was rejected. Today I started my bid at $18 per day and was accepted. :) Thanks betterbidding.
