  1. This is what we ended up booking, we changed the dates from 3/16 - 3/19. We booked a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal. Details As Stated on Deal: - Star: 5* - Area: Las Vegas ... The Strip - Northeast - Dates: March 16 - March 19 - Amenities as Stated on Deal: Restaurant, Airport Shuttle, Free Internet, Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Casino, Fitness Center, No Smoking Rooms/Facilities - Category: 9+ Exceptional Hotel - Quote on Deal Page: "Atmosphere and view were stunning." - Price: $296/night - Additional Mandatory Fee: $132.66 - Total Priceline Charges with Taxes and Fees: $1057.14 We got The Palazzo! We are thrilled, yes it's expensive, but it's what we wanted!
  2. Thank you for the help! We are aware that March Madness will be going on during the dates, that is why we are going. We go yearly, always fun, love the crowds! Since we don't want to stay at Wynn/Encore, I elected to hold out on taking the deal. I'll update the page with all the proper information once we've booked and know where we will be staying. Sandwich, thank you for the tips on the mandatory room rates, that is extremely helpful!
  3. I would like some help identifying the hotel associated with the Priceline Express Deal. Details As Stated on Deal: - 5* - Las Vegas ... The Strip - Northeast - March 17 - March 20 - King Bed - Nonsmoking Room - $216/night, 1 King Bed Nonsmoking Room - $269/night, Nonsmoking Tower Suite - $294/night, Nonsmoking Suite - $887/night - Business Center, Restaurant, Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Casino, Fitness Center, No Smoking Rooms/Facilities - 9+ Exceptional Hotel - "Luxurious hotel, amazing room and pool, nice casino, beautiful music everywhere." - Additional Mandatory Fee $105 My guess is either The Venetian or Palazzo, but I'm not sure. I'm going for either of those, don't want Wynn or Encore. Any thoughts? Thanks! Also, wanted to make mention that the hotel lists for Hotwire seem to be outdated. On Hotwire, the 5* hotels listed on the North Strip area have sub categories, Fashion Show Mall Area and Grand Canal Shoppes Area. Not sure if you have any further information on that, but it may be helpful moving forward to have those hotels listed in the appropriate sub category.
  4. Sorry I am frustrated, I understand why the hotel isn't on the list. Here is the information you requested. City: Olathe, Kansas Hotel Name: Best Western Plus Olathe Hotel & Suites Star Rating: 3 Zone: 13 Bid Price: $40/night Dates of Stay: Friday, February 27, 2015 - Sunday, March 1, 2015 Thank you for all you do to keep the site updated, it really is a huge help when using Priceline.
  5. I just won a hotel room in Olathe, KS that I didn't even want. Looking at the hotel lists, there were no 3 star hotels listed and I won one when I really need to be in Overland Park. Please update your list on this site so other users aren't in a situation like I am. I am now stuck having to pay for a room I won't even use!
  6. After having time to review the hotels and reconsider our plans, we have decided against going on this trip. It seems that Memphis just isn't what we hoped it would be. I would like to close out this topic. Thank you for all of your feedback!
  7. It's actually a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal through Priceline. We have changed our dates to 12/31/2014 to 1/2/2014. The price is $144 night. Any thoughts?
  8. I'm looking at a 4* hotel in the downtown Memphis area with the following listed amenities, free internet, fitness center, restaurant, business center. The dates I'm looking to stay is 12/31/2014 - 1/3/2015. Anybody have any idea if this is The Peabody or The Westin? The rate is $137/night. Thank for any help!
  9. Switched up location to Strip North and got a steal with Encore at Wynn. A great deal for that time of year!
  10. Thanks for your help! We are going to hold off on this as we have a substantial amount of time before the trip. You can close this thread.
  11. I am looking at Express Deals on Priceline and having a difficult time identifying the hotel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dates: Wednesday, March 18, 2015 - Sunday, March 22, 2015 Price: $221.00/night Amenities Listed: Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Free Parking, Restaurant, Airport Shuttle, Business Center, Casino I assume this is either Aria Resort and Casino or The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, but I could be wrong. Any suggestions or thoughts on this hotel would be welcome. Thank you!
  12. I'm trying for tomorrow night to get a 4* in the North Michigan Ave. area and need to select other areas to bid on to get this. I've selected Hyde Park, MDW Airport Area, and Skokie-Niles-Evanston. Any other help would be great!
