Are you confused as to why the clock on the board is so far off from your local time? Here's a quick fix that will only take a few clicks:
-make sure you are logged in -click MY CONTROLS (near the top of the screen, under "Hotwire and Priceline Database") -click "Board Settings" (bottom left, under Options ) -adjust the time using the drop down menu (US Eastern Time is -5:00 hours, US Pacific is -8:00 hours, US Midwest is inbetween depending upon location, all other countries are there as well) -scroll to bottom and click "Change My Account Options" Presto, all times on the board will now be in your local time (regardless of the poster's local time). -------------------- Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases

If your clock is off due to Daylight Savings Time...
1) Click on MY CONTROLS on the top of the board (under the blue banner in the middle) 2) Near bottom left click on BOARD SETTINGS 3) Place a check mark in the box "Is Daylight Savings Time in Effect?" If daylight savings time is no longer in effect in your area (or you think the board's clock is off by an hour) simply uncheck the daylights savings box as per the instructions in the post above this one.
