First try at $38 was no go. Hit at $39. Best pre-paid rate $99/night. No resort fee. I don't know if they got any parking fee.

Currently ranked at #1 hotel in Orlando. Looks very nice.

This is the best budget hotel in the zone if you're ok with 2-story motel buildings. There is a resort fee at $2.50 that includes parking. I have stayed here several times, rooms are very clean and got a refrigerator, grounds are keept perfect and got 3 pools. Plenty of restaurants in the area. If you don't have a car is there a Wallgreens next to the hotel. Hotel is located "next door" to Animal Kingdoom and Hollywood Studios. Approx a 15 minute drive to Universal Studios/IOA.
