$54 April 18-19,2010

3-star hotel in Big Bear
This hotel features the following amenities:

Boutique Hotel
Complimentary Breakfast
Pool(s)
Business Center
High-speed Internet Access
Children's Activity Program

Very happy with the result Marina Resort dot com !
Only caveat - I don't think there is actually a breakfast included as per the HOTWIRE listing.
Any ideas what I could do about that if true??

Glad to see you're happy with the results and thank you for sharing your results with the board.

Regarding the Complimentary Breakfast listing, i would call HOTWIRE and let them know that you were reading about the hotel you received and don't see anything listed regarding the hotel offering a Complimentary Breakfast, and if they can confirm if this is indeed offered at this property. Usually when an amenity is listed but not offered HOTWIRE will offer the option to cancel or offer hot Dollars (to use on a future purchase) if you are willing to keep the reservation. If you pursue this with them please let us know the outcome.

I have emailed the hotel to check - I will also pursue by calling HOTWIRE. I'll keep you posted.
