Hotwire has a 3*, downtown Sacto, for $54 with:

Amenities: Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet

The Holiday Inn Express also has Business center and Tennis. So, unless HIE removed these amenities, this is a new hotel. I'm hesitant to book. Can anyone ID?

Aaron;

I looked at March 17 and March 24, one nighters. Thanks!

I'm just looking at the March 17 date.

Searching on 2 adults/0 children I see Breakfast, Fitness, Highspeed for $49, with no TripAdvisor stats. This hotel hasn't been identified.

But searching on 3 adults/0 children I get two additional icons--Business Center and Tennis--and a 3.5* TA rating. The price is still $49. Those icons and TA rating match what's been reported for Holiday Inn Express in the past.

I suspect both hotels are HIE, using alternate icon sets. If HIE's the hotel you want it would be safer purcasing it as 3/0 than 2/0.

Please use this HOTWIRE link and let us know what you get.
