Just won this one in similar fashion to my last one. I bid $60 for 3 stars in USE and USW but was rejected and Price Line asked me to bid $17 to be accepted. I went back and added Civic Center and Soma and upped my bid to $69. It was accepted immediately. This for 3-13-10.

I have never stayed at the Warwick but the photos from their web site look great. Minimum room charge directly on their own site is $140 so this is quite a savings. I am sure that parking will be outrageous but I always park at Best Parking for $20 per night on Jones one block away.

I bid through the PRICELINE link on this site. Thanks Better Bidding!

You're the second board member today to report winning the Warwick as a 4*. But Warwick has been a 3* and still shows as 3* in Priceline's retail section. Can you confirm the rating on your acceptance page, Gravityjunkie. Thanks.

I like Best Parking too. They charge less than half what nearby hotels charge and they've let me keep my car there til 2 or 3pm after a noon checkout, with no extra charge. (Your results may vary.)

And while I'm being picky it's no longer the Warwick Regis. It's just the plain Warwick now.

:)
