Hi,

I initially tried up to $70 for 4* hotels in the downtown, hollywood and beverly hills areas. Then when I added on 3.5*, I started at $55 and won the Millenium Biltmore Hotel (total with fees $133). The one big issue I have with the hotel is the $40/night parking fee. However, I saw that there is a parking garage across the street for $15.
