Congratulations on your success!

Hope you're happy with the results and this property works well for your plans. Unfortunately i can't offer much help with the parking situation as almost all hotels in this area charge for parking and/or the streets have meters. You may be able to find a private garage or a hotel that is a little less expensive, but i imagine you'll ultimately be paying for parking, it'll just be a matter of how much.

Thank you for sharing your win with the board.

I don't know what your plans are, but the Sheraton Waikiki is very centrally located, and within 10-15 minute walking distance to most Waikiki area attractions (Waikiki Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, International Marketplace, etc). Also, if you don't want to walk, the trolley makes a stop right in front of the hotel, and it costs something like $2 to ride to most stops (the most popular is Ala Moana Center).

Long story short, you will pay $30 or so a day for a rental car, plus $20 or so a day for parking, so you need to consider how often you will actually be using a rental car. There are many rental car companies with offices in downtown Waikiki if you need a car for a day, and I have always had good luck negotiating a day rate.

Good luck.

Was that your first bid? What did you bid prior to this that was rejected? Thanks.
