Convenient to Airport and Gulf Coast Medical Center
Decent breakfast free.

I subsequently booked another 2 night stay from 3-3 through 3-5 for the same price for two rooms (again used the HOTWIRE link) for the same price per room per night. Not sure if this should be a separate post or not.
