I had originally tried zone 8 Resorts for 04-10 for 1 night, 2 rooms @ $88. Nothing. Re-bid 24 hours later @ $90. Another 24 hours later @ $95, and then opened up the Dorado area (which has no resorts) to be able to rebid right away @ $98. Still no bites.

Any other tips to try to get the Caribe Hilton (or other resort) for 2 rooms for this date ?

Thanks in advance.

Well I am not quite sure, however like everybody, I want the best deal possible. I have subsequently tried $105, then $110 over time, and got the "fake-out" rebid for $22 more response. Is it true that I should split the difference and rebid with adding only $11 more, when I try again in 24 hours ?

Thanks.

Finally got the Intercontinental San Juan Resort Spa & Casino @ $112 a night, and booked 2 rooms at that rate. I am not familiar with this property, but I will investigate on their webpage. Any comments on this resort ?

Thanks.
