Rack rate for this hotel was $259 per night for these dates so I started at $75 and was accepted on the first bid. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to Priceline!! Anyway, it means that someone should be able to get a cheaper price for these dates if they start lower and use one of the 6 free rebids. Stupid me.
FYI, their website says that they are doing construction work 8.30 - 5pm.

I'm not sure this could have gone for too much lower, and even if it could have, it's still a GREAT rate for this property with convenient PATH access at the doorstep! I'm not sure what construction/renovation work they may be doing, but hopefully it won't be too disruptive to your stay.
