Hello! I am new to priceline and hotwire, and have been trying to figure out how this all works. We are going to Grand Cayman Feb 24-28. I have put in a lot of bids on priceline, the starting less than $100 and top being $240, and none have been accepted. I am now looking at hotwire, and I can't figure out what the 3* hotel is.
It says: (for 3*) $134 a night Resort Near Beach Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby I don't think this is Comfort Suites or Sunshine Suites because I think both include complimentary breakfast? Any ideas on what it could be?? For 4* $249 a night Resort Beachfront Oceanfront Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Spa Services Children's Activity Program I think this is probably the Grand Cayman Beach Suites. The 4* matches previous reports for the Grand Cayman Beach Suites so that would be my best guess for this one. The 3* has not yet been identified and given that the zone encompasses the entire island, i don't have too much of an educated guess. Just wanted to let you know, we booked the 4* Grand Cayman hotel, for $256 a night (it went up $7 a night from when I sent my request.) The hotel was the Grand Cayman Beach Suites, for Feb 24-28, 2010, with the same amenities listed as I listed them above in this thread:
