First tried $75 for SOMA, then added USW, then raised bid to $79 and then added USW, and won.

Warning this hotel is not priceline friendly. Extra $30 per night for a 2 queen bed room, and an extra $10 extra for use of the gym and leisure facilities. Also parking is $54 (but you can park across the street for $30 or even $15 if you leave at the right times). The internet is slow and the tap water is cloudy I wouldn't stay here again, bid a bit more and try and get the Hyatt.

Just to clarify - The extra $10 fee is not just for priceline guests, it's for all guests, and it's per stay, not per night. Both pool and fitness center look pretty decent, so I don't think I'll mind paying. (A visit to Club One or 24 Hour fitness would probably cost you $15 per visit.)
I've heard they charge extra for a bigger room and more beds. Since they only guarantee room for 2, I guess it's their perogative ... |
