I won the Marriott for $54 on 1/28. I tried Add a Night for 1/29 and was refused.

For 1/29 I started bidding at $54/3.5* and inched up in $1 increments. $62 no, $63 yes.

Biltmore's best rate is $169 and Marriott is $249.

Bids placed through the BetterBidding PRICELINE link.

p.s. To update the LA Hotel List, Priceline has downgraded the Wilshire Grand from 4* to 3*.

Using Add a Night I got 1/30 for $63 too. Second night was the night before the Grammy awards and the hotel was really buzzing with music people and beautiful people all decked out. It was fun!

Reservation was for two rooms and the two rooms were very different, even though both Priceline. One room was about 35% larger than the other with a larger bed, more furnishings (an extra reading chair and floor lamp), and better view. I overheard one lady complaining to the desk about her tiny Priceline room and they offered her an upgrade to a suite for $100 more. It's common in old hotels like the Biltmore that there are many different room sizes and configurations.

Parking is $40, valet only. The Pershing Square garage across the street was $13.50 for overnight.

Only downside to the stay was thin walls. I expected that when I saw a pair of hotel provided earplugs on the side table next to the bed. My neighbors were fairly quiet but when they talked I could hear every word.

A month later my MasterCard billl arrived with a $40 charge from Millenium Biltmore. I called the hotel and they said it was for parking. I told them I never parked there and they removed the charge.
