Checked here and saw other winning bids of $65 that got the Gran Melia Cancun, along with a recent winning bid of $62 for the same. Tried yesterday at $59 for "Resorts", but no go. Rather than up it a buck at a time, just went for the $62/day and it was accepted by Gran Melia Cancun (we are staying elsewhere in the area the prior week, and wanted to "flesh out" the mini-vacation with a few more days on the beach).

The title was truncated (sorry!) and should have indicated that our stay at the Gran Milia commences on 03-Feb-2010 and ends on 06-Feb.

Last autumn we arranged direct flights from Hartford, CT (about 4 hrs travel time) for this trip via PRICELINE for $280 r/t, with the first week of our stay at a nearby area (want to visit the ruins etc. and take in a lot of the local colors and flavors).
