Hi.
We will be traveling to DisneyWorld in the New Year but we have a party of 9. My concern is that if I bid/win/get 2 hotel rooms or a suite, will they allow for the 5th child in a room with a cot or a pull out couch. Is there anyway to determine adequite space for this size of group? Thank You. |

Welcome to BetterBidding
PRICELINE only guarantee a room for 2 adults. that could mean one king or queen bed. But Orlando hotels are used to working with familys. But they have no obligation to give you a room that sleeps four guests. But i don't belive it would be a problem with a 5th child if you get a room that sleeps four. I would look at HOTWIRE. You can serch for a quad room there. And HOTWIRE guarantee the amount of booked people. And again, i don't belive it would be a problem with a 5th child. Also note that you can get a pull out couch etc for some in your party so you might wanna think if someone can share bed, air mattress etc. Hotels got fire regulations also. And i would bok this ASAP since this is prime time for Mickey and his friends. Let us know if we can help you further with your stay. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. Yellowdog. |

Just my 2 cents, but for a party of 9, I would recommend renting a 4 or 5 bedroom house or even a large condo. The Marriott Grande Vista is a great facility just off International Drive and about 20 minutes by car to Disney.

As noted by yellowdog, while Orlando hotels are generally used to this situation, PRICELINE does not guarantee 2 beds. HOTWIRE is the way to go. Additionally, it's also worth looking on Orbitz and using the coupon code FABSAVE10, as you may be able to secure a larger suite room for not much more in some cases.
If you would like further advice, please provide dates and budget. |
