I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported to the board.

But a guess would be that the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina got upgraded or the Renaissance got back to 4* with a slight diffrent amenitie combo. But i would say that this is a "safe" go for $62 with a TA rating at 4/5.
