Hi all!

I am looking on Hotwire and considering Priceline as well... Based on your knowledge is there any advantage to booking this far in advance?

I am looking at options and was a nice but moderatly priced hotel on the strip ($100-125 nightly) would be the range I am looking for...

I'm a little hesitant because there are likely to be deals/specials closer to our arrival dates. Tickets have been purchased and we will be going...its the BF's birthday..

thoughts? opinions? tips? feedback?

PS after searching the site I found similar hotel descriptions and read that it might be Ballys or the Flamingo..Not sure but thats what I read anyway....I read it's not likely Harrahs becasue they do not have tennis nearby to their amenities

For future threads please post only the amenity names, not the descriptions, as you can see how much easier the quote box above is to read than what you included in your first post.

The above matches both Harrahs and the Flamingo so either of these would be our best guess.

Can any of the moderators answer this question?

Based on your knowledge is there any advantage to booking this far in advance? Is it more likely that there will be better deals/more options closer to our travel dates?

It looks like most of the people here are not looking as far out as I am...

While in some areas there doesn't always seem to be deals several months in advance, prices for Vegas on these dates look pretty good, with what would appear to be the Trump showing for $92 on HOTWIRE, for example (and it would very possibly be cheaper via PRICELINE). Certainly a very good rate for early Spring in Vegas, and I can't imagine there's much downside on that rate.

Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchase.

5-star hotel in Central Strip
This hotel features the following amenities:

Spa Services
Studio
Smoke Free Rooms
Fitness Center
Pool(s)
Restaurant(s)
Business Center
Kitchenette
Condo

It is coming up $99 a night...I was a little unclear abt it being a condo..since they are owned by individuals is the level guranteed 5*

If you go back to HOTWIRE is there also a Hi-Speed Internet icon associated with this property?

If so, then yes, this i a match for previous reports for the Trump International and that would be my best guess.

Went ahead and tried PRICELINE again...$85 a night bid was accepted for the Trump...Hate that there is no casino there..but oh well..it looks amazing... Looks like I could have got it on HOTWIRE for $99 nightly..the hotel website is offering it at $169 (avg nightly rate)...My $79 initial bid for 5 star was not accepted..they wanted me to go up $22 nightly but I opted to add zones instead..added South & went up $6 nightly...Got the Trump...Thanks everyone!
