australian residents using priceline

Good afternoon,

Just arrived in LA from Perth Australia.

Have recently completed registration with Registered with Better Bidding and trying to book hotel in west hollywood for tomorrow night with PRICELINE link. Priceline requires a billing address and i am unable to enter my australian address.

Is Hotwire and Priceline available to use without a US billing address? If so, how do i get past the billing address issue.
