Anyone ever got this hotel in PV

My first time here. Just registered. Has anyone ever gotten the Villa Del Palmar PV and if so did you get Villa del Mar (the older part) or were you put in the new part (Villa del Palmar). And was it the hotel portion of the Villa del Palmar or the Timeshare portion. Thanks. Great Site
