I placed this bid on 7/23, just took a few days to post it. Anyhow, started at $45 for 4* in both this zone and French Quarter and was declined. Started a new bid, this time using just the 4* Downtown zone plus a rebid (preferred this zone as I will be attending the AOA convention at the convention center). Accepted at $50 at the Renaissance. Seems like a decent hotel, definitely happy with the price.
