how is priceline bidding for airfare? CAD to US

Since i have good experience with priceline for hotel bidding so far, i wonder how the airfare bidding like? Is priceline offer flight from canada to us?

You can only bid on PRICELINE airfare from US-->Canada, not when the trip commences in Canada.
