Bidders should be aware that Palm Springs Hyatt Regency is under construction and the pool is closed!! They have a deal to shuttle people a few blocks to another hotel pool ... but who wants to do that??
Last year this was a 3* hotel on Priceline.

We called the resort and they stated it is not closed.

I stayed there from 19-21 August. The pool was definitely closed, as was half of the hotel (Mountain-side.) Not sure about now, but they were barely mid-renovation then. Though, I called the hotel direct and they gave me a $55 rate because of the construction. Keep in mind this is the Regency Suites in downtown Palm Springs and not the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort in Indian Wells.
