Can I book a room using Priceline for someone else? My parents live in Canada (I live in the US) and I want to get them a room in San Diego.

Yes you can bid for your parents. Priceline will ask for the name of the person who's checking in. It doesn't have to be the same person who's doing the bidding.

The person checking in must be over 21, and they must present ID that matches the name on the reservation and a credit card for incidentals.
