Refering to http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?sho...mp;#entry249318
and http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?sho...mp;hl=annapolis

I'd like to ask why both priceline customers got almost same total price:

$50 bid fees $14.14, $64.87 Total
$55 bid fees $9.87 $64.14 Total

hhhmm seesm the reason is the time of booking. Just checked 55 bid for my dates and the fees went to $14,88... hhhmm?

room taxes in Annapolis are about 12.6%, this would be about $7 for a $55 bid, leaving PRICELINE a $2.87 fee? This doesn't make any sense to me either.

XT600,

In your original win report you quoted the room price in Euros and in Dollars. Did you bid from the Priceline-U.S. platform or another Priceline?

Maybe the discrepancy has something to do with currency translations? Or to stimulate their Europe business Priceline temporarily reduced transaction fees for European bidders?
