Hi and thanks for the forums. I wish I would have found betterbidding.com BEFORE I used PL.

My wife and her sister won a PL hotel room at the Hyatt Regency, Historic District, Savannah, GA for June 6. As it turns out, my wife and the sister can no longer go. Since the room is paid for, can we let other family members use (have) the room?

I would call the hotel and ask the manager if you can do this. You might have to agree that you will be responsible for all extra charges. I would then request a fax in writing stating the same. If the hotel agrees to do this, then send a fax to your family members, so there is no suprise at check in. I am not sure if this will work, but it can't hurt to ask.
