I just confirmed this on the phone with the Wynn reservation desk.
A $150 a day deposit is required on check-in which is refundable if you don't incur any charges. So $900 deposit for a 6 night stay (which is around $700). That is correct: $150 a day!!! |

$150 a day sounds over-the-top, but hotels charging deposits - and sometimes large ones - is not out of the ordinary in major markets.

Last time that I was at the IC in NYC parking was $50 per day. Room service breakfast for two about $60. Add a couple drinks at the bar and your over $150. This house spending is why can often get better deals on 4 star hotels than 2 star hotels. |
