Don"t bid for the Hyatt Regency Phoenix DT if their webrate is more then $102 per night.The Holiday Inn has been coming up everytime.I have been burned once and a friend has been burned about four times when the rate was $118 per night.

This happened to us last summer and was our first dud with priceline. It is not a 3 star hotel and is far from the convention center downtown. The elevator did not work and all rooms opened up to the outside corridor. I'm glad I found this site to help me in our travel plans this summer.

The Holiday Inn has been downgraded (a few months ago) to a 2.5* property.
