Priceline Hotel: 3* Atlanta (Buckhead) The Atlanta Buckhead Hotel

I started my bid at $50 at 3.5 stars, I was denied and asked me to change something. so I bid $53 and won, I chose Buckhead area only.

The Atlanta Buckhead hotel is under construction. The rooms itself are nice but cafe and bar are in a small meeting room space and close at 10pm. There is no lobby or commons area. I think this hotel is used to be a Sheraton and after its completion will be Marriott.

Since you made a separate Priceline Win for a different hotel for this same nite, did you contact PRICELINE regarding the above and did they refund your purchase?

Also, since you started by bidding 3.5*, and you report this property has being 3*, did you also lower your star rating when you raised your bid to $53?

Actually the dates were wrong, this stay was 11/21 to 11/22. Could I have contacted PRICELINE? I didn't even think about that.

Unless the construction is severe/major PRICELINE will usually not let you out of a reservation. However, since you posted two wins for the same date i thought perhaps you did contact them and they worked with you on it, but i see now that the date for this thread were incorrect and the stays are consecutive.
