using this service from outside the US Address problems

How do you use this from outside the states, as when I go to enter my bank and address details it only shows up USA and Canada.

I am from the Uk, and have been very impressed by the content held and the reviews have all been very useful.

I have a question and i want to clarify it now clearly, can you please give me the details. How can we use this service from outside the US that means how can we access this forum from other states?. Actually this is the question of my friend who is in the other state.

Is it possible to use PRICELINE with an Australian address? There is only an option of USA or Canada for the country.
