I will be travelling to Toronto with 4 other women and would like to ensure I get a big room or suite. Is there any way to do this on pricleine or hotwire?

Welcome to BetterBidding!

PRICELINE and HOTWIRE are for standard rooms. You may get a 'suite' at an all suite hotel such as the Embassy Suites, but that's probably not the type of room you're seeking.

If you want a suite you'll need to book direct, but another option is to use PRICELINE for two rooms... as PRICELINE hotels are often at a 50%+ discount to conventionally booked rooms, you can sometimes get two rooms for less than the cost of one room booked direct (which also gives you an extra bathroom/shower which should make an easier time for getting ready and going out :) )

Let us know if/how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly.

i've booked with HOTWIRE before and upgraded to a suite from the hotel directly. at the grand in toronto i paid an extra $100 for the upgrade on top of my $60 (or so) HOTWIRE rate.
