NJ Newark Residence Inn Elizabeth Options

I was in Las Vegas on my way to NJ and the Residence Inn Newark Airport in Elizabeth NJ when the AA agent informed me hat due to weather delays in Dallas, my arrival in Newark would be delayed until 4AM.

I declined, and elected to travel the following day.

I called the front desk to advise them that I had a 3 day stay prepaid on the internet and that I would miss the first night due to a weather problem, but asked that they keep my second and third nights prepaid and that I would arrive the next day.

At first they did not understand as they were relatively new at Priceline, but did change my booking to arrive the next night.

When I arrived, I met the agent and the manager who had been helping me the night before by phone, and they gave me the biggest welcome I had ever had at ANY hotel. They were gracious, friendly, and concerned for me that I had a safe trip. UNBELIEVABLE!

The hotel matched the great welcome. The place was spotless. My room was a full Studio Apartment with a full kitchen. Living area, and bedroom. A/C was fabulous in hot & humid NJ. Free hot buffet breakfast, free 800 calls, free secured parking, OUTSTANDING SERVICE and free internet quickly made this my favorite hotel at the airport!

The hotel is next to Ruby Tuesdays, a new NJ Diner, and across from the Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall with direct access to a NJ Transit bus line to NY should make this hotel your wish when you’re on Priceline. Should be a 3*!!!
