Staying there March 21st prior to a cruise. Was previously booked at the Holiday Inn downtown for 205 + tax.

The cost of Biscayne bay was 58 + 14.28 taxes and fees.

Yes it was a HOTWIRE purchase

Amenities are

Fitness Center
Pool
Restaurant
Business Center
High Speed Internet.
