This hotel is right off Fowler Ave (a little further up the street is USF). It was perfect for our visit. Large sitting room with desk, mini refrigerator, one cup coffee maker, wet bar type sink, sofa, LARGE TV w/HD on some channels. Perfectly located for our visit to SkatePark of Tampa and surrounding area. Shells seafood place on 30th was wonderful with the early bird specials (until 6:00 p.m.) very good value. Easy to get to/from the airport - all in all a wonderful time. I was very happy with my $52/night hotel!!
