My account is validated. I'm trying to post a priceline win, but only some areas have the "new topic" button. For example, I can hit "new topic" under "how does this board work" but not under an "madrid". I'm sure I'm doing something silly incorrectly, but I don't know what it is..........

If Hotwire --> Hotwire Other Countries

Both of the pages at the links above should have a NEW TOPIC button on the top right corner and bottom right corner of the board.
