I don't know if its a glitch or not. Today when i tried to look for the rate (I tried this on both of my own laptop & desktop and my friend's laptop) at the same time, same location, but it turns out that my hotwire rate are 10 dollars higher. It is not the first time it happened. Can someone give me an idea why its happening like this and should i complain to the hotwire???? please help! :)

Complain? I don't think so :)

This is part of HOTWIRE's business model... they change the price on search-to-search based upon a variable mark-up; so the price difference is that on your current search their mark-up is higher than that of your friend's search... it could have just as easily been the other way around.
