mehrag
Hi,Since Priceline just asks for the number of rooms (NOT people) has anyone has any problems if they were a party of 3 instead of 2?I would be happy to bid higher for 3 people occupancy in a room, however, PL does not give you that option!!Thanks. thereuare
Priceline only guarantees accomodations for 2 people, and whether 3 people(or 4 or 5) can be accomodated is at the discretion of the hotel. A large factor is the location of the hotel... if family oriented areas like Orlando, i would think there would be very little problem, but in big cities notorious for small rooms (like NYC, Chicago, etc) it is more risky. Here are some other threads on the subject you may want to read:4 in a RoomAfter Bidding InstructionsBidding for 4 PeopleQuad OccupancyIf you post in the appropriate state category where you're going, the date(s) of your stay, and that you'd like to try for 3 in a room, i'll supply a strategy and give my thoughts as to trying for 3 in a room in that particular city.
