Priceline Hotel: Vegas Hotel Help - Suggestions 7/20-7/22

Hello! 
 

I haven't been to Las Vegas, and have no idea where to stay.  But, mainly just want a nice 4-5* spot (if possible) with casino for ~$150/n.

 

Any suggestions on booking through Priceline NYOP or Express, or Hotwire?  And, locations to consider?  Would like to avoid Trump.

 

Also, would it be better top try to book ASAP or risk it and book closer to the date and hope for a cheaper rate?

Let's try to clarify some things a bit...

-is your budget $150 room rate or all-in (as most Las Vegas hotels now charge a resort fee which on the strip is now in the $30-$45 per nite range, so it will have a significant impact as to the room rates that we are looking at)

-if a hotel with a casino is a must have (vs. a want) then you'll need to stick with PRICELINE EXPRESS and/or HOTWIRE (ie- not NYOP) since when bidding there is no way to guarantee a hotel with a caisno

 

I'm very familiar with Las Vegas, if you clarify your budget we will suggest the best option(s) that meet your criteria.

Hi, I think $200 roughly, would be tops a night all in.

 

Casino would be great, not a necessity - willing to take the risk, if it's better than 50/50.

The $130 North Strip on Hotwire looks great, but I worry that it is Trump.
