Not much of a "win" because my PRICELINE rate compared to Hotel Monaco's website is only a savings of $29.  Btw the $289 price includes taxes and an extra fee the hotel applies.  Bummed that I only saved a small amount.  I used the feature on Priceline that names the price for me after trying to name my own price and being told it was too low.
