Stayed there in Feb 2006. Excellent hotel. Our room had obviously been recently refurbished, with new furniture, carpeting, and linens. The most comfortable king size bed I have ever slept on -- one of those really thick matress pads on it and a wonderful fresh cotton duvet and FITTED sheets.

The room was plenty large, with a pull out twin sized sofa that our 6'5" son slept on just fine.

There is a Romano's Macaroni Grill across the street, we had a nice dinner there.

We were there just to visit Rensselaer Polytech, so this was perfect for a quick overnight.

Staff was friendly, and realy paid no attention to us (good!).

Thanks.
