Embassy Suites is only all suite hotel that I think falls in this area in the 3 - 3.5 star range.  However, the Hot Rate says it is a 3 star and Embassy Suites shows to be 3.5 ...

I'm looking at May 12 for one night.

3-star All  Suites Hotel in  Port Everglades

95% recommended

Also, guessing that this one is the Hilton Fort Lauderdale marina....??

My first time to use Hotwire..... usually use Priceline, but they use a different "map" for the cruise port that includes further away from 17th street.  Any help or experience would be appreciated !

==> i don't have a good guess for this property.  Is it possible that this is the Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport and Cruise Port which is actually in HOTWIRE's FLL Intl Airport South zone?  It's dangerous to assume that HOTWIRE has placed a hotel in the wrong zone, as they are for the most part extremely accurate, but it does happen from time to time, and this is the best match i'm seeing in the area that matches the description above.  So while i think i'm wrong (from the aspect that it's not a good idea to think that HOTWIRE has mis-zoned a hotel), this would still be my best guess.

I think you have probably nailed it.. and I'm not willing to take a chance on the 3* that may or may not be zoned correctly.  (I was hoping you 'd say that from "past experience" that was Embassy Suites)

 

Again, I really appreciate the quick response.   I've got a month or so, I guess I'll keep my eyes open a bit longer.

 

One more question, the "SPRING20" code... is that only on a certain price?

Why not the Hyatt Place Ft Lauderdale 17th St Convention Center... it seems to get very good reviews (and has the Free Breakfast i assume you may be looking for with the Embassy Suites property) and with the regular retail price being $200+ for your nite, would seem to be a good deal as well.

This 3* All Suite in the Port Everglades area is a Hot Wire error. It isn't in the Port Everglades area and it took some effort for me to get my money back from them.

This property is the Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport and Cruise Port address 4801 Anglers Avenue, which is actually southwest of the airport, so not in the Port Everglades area.

I asked them to correct the area of this property in mid March and it hasn't been updated yet.
