jgirlesq
Hello all, I am hoping to find a 4.5 star hotel in New York near Times Square for a mother daughter trip for two nights in April. My preferred dates are checking in April 11th and checking out on April 13th. I have heard about many boutique hotels that have very small rooms with small windows--and I am hoping to avoid those. Really my only criteria is to have a nice, upscale room with big windows. I would like to spend about $315 per night or less. My daughter is 9 and this will be her first trip to New York and we will be staying with a relative for the remainder of the trip. I have seen several specials on priceline for 4.5 star hotels but am worried that I might end up with a boutique hotel. Any help or suggestions anyone has would be great. Also, if someone could help me identify the following hotel I would really appreciate it. 4.5 star hotel in Times square theater district for $288/night Amenities: Business Center, Restaurant, Airport Shuttle, Free Internet, Fitness Center, non smoking rooms/facilities rated very good 8+/10 Save 14% or more Thanks! jgirlesq
i prefer to stay in the Times square area, so I am definitely interested in the Premier. My only concern is that from the reviews I read, a lot of their amenities are actually at the Millenium next door. For example, their gym is next door--do you happen to know if that is true? thereuare
I just called the Premier Hotel and was told that the gym is inside their own hotel... i don't know what other amenities you are referring to. I also see the comment you're referring to, but should that be the case (and the information i was giving is wrong), it is likely connected and not as if you would need to go outside to get there. Regardless, would this be a deal-breaker? How many times will you work-out and head to the gym during a 2 nite stay?
