Hello. I'm looking for dates 4/20-4/23. I need a King bed or two beds as we will be bringing our small child. There are two hotels listed that I'd like help identifying please-

Im searching for 2 adults. We typically always book for 2 adults and have never had an issue because our child is young enough to share a bed.

Can you confirm which historic district zone these listings are in? There are multiple now (North-East, North-West and South) Thanks.
