To clarify, is this in HOTWIRE's Downtown Toronto West zone, the Toronto West-Lakeshore, or the Toronto Airport West zone... as i'm not seeing a 4* hotel in any of these zones priced at $147/nite when searching for your dates (Jan 17-20) and 1room/2adults/0children.  If you're still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search, are you perhaps searching for more than one room or something other than the default 2adults/0children?

I'm currently seeing a 4* hotel in this zone priced at $109/nite and i believe it may be the same one that you were seeing at a higher price, but I also think there may be more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? However, i believe the offer below is also the Hyatt Regency, and although $3 more per nite, it actually comes to less on an all-in basis after taxes/fees so below would be a better way to play this if you were hoping to target the Hyatt (confirm your dates on the landing page of the provided link):
